OUTDOOR WEATHER POLICY NOTICE

Please note that this is an outdoor program, and therefore there is always a risk of cancellation due to inclement weather. We will play in light rain, but cancellations may occur if weather conditions are deemed unsuitable for play at the discretion of the Soccer Shots leadership team.

We strive to communicate any weather-related cancellations at least one hour before the first class of each location. Notifications will be sent via email, and if a cancellation is made within an hour of start time, we will also send a text message. Our weather decisions are based on the forecast, as we often make calls for multiple locations across the state.

While we do our best, weather can be unpredictable, and sometimes our decision may not align with actual conditions.

If you do not hear from us, it means we plan to hold the session as scheduled. If you are ever uncomfortable attending due to weather-related circumstances, please reach out to us at centralmass@soccershots.com, and we will do our best to accommodate a makeup session.

For any cancellations, we will use the pre-scheduled makeup dates provided in the product information and confirmation email, in the order of occurrence.
